PHABSOLUTELY ENOMENAL! I cannot say enough good things bout Vlad. I was extremely worried about bed bugs because I woke up with a weird rash that was in a very specific pattern that comes with bed bugs. Although, when I looked, I never found any bed bugs. I reached out to a few other places who refused services because there was not any bed bugs seen. I was told it was oak mite bites and then they stopped replying.
Vlad was so kind and gracious. He called me back the same day. He was absolutely amazing. He listened to all my concerns and validated me. When he was over looking for bedbugs, he took his time, checked every crevice. He checked my couch too! Thankfully, none were found! But I cannot thank hi, enough for taking his time, listening, and being so diligent. He was so kind and professional. I can't say enough great things about Vlad. His small little company had such a huge impact on me and put my mind at ease.
10/10 would recommend if you had any concerns and need an exterminator who you can trust!

My husband and I were very happy with Vlad’s customer service. I called several companies to get information and pricing and Vlad spent the most time with me answering my questions. And he had the best guarantee. On his first visit to my house, he did a thorough inspection of all areas that might be infected. He even checked the attic and the basement. My wife and I still had a few questions and he took the time to answer all of them. During treatment, he bagged everything very neatly and he moved furniture as necessary. Other companies told us that we would have to move furniture ourselves, but Vlad did that for us. He arrived promptly for both scheduled visits. The problem was eradicated within a short time. I hope we never have this problem again, but if we do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Vlad.

"After being bitten repeatedly,I called Windy City bedbug specialist. Sure enough bedbugs were detected and I was horrified! Vladimir was very kind and efficient! He treated our 5 bedrooms and was able to assure me that only one room showed any signs of bedbugs yet all 5 bedrooms and our couches were treated ( travel??!!) I have stopped getting bit and the peace of mind Vladimir provided was a godsend. So he comes in a van that doesn’t scream this house has bugs, he explains his process ( I knew in advance what it would cost) and then we left the house for about 4 hours while he treated. All bedding was removed and bagged , we then needed to run all bedding in dryer on high heat for 30 minutes ( we did 60😀) a week later he returned for 2nd treatment and declared the room clean. He provides a warranty and emails his reports immediately . I am very pleased and satisfied with Windy City bedbug specialist! Thank you!
